The project concerns the redevelopment of the building with interventions that promote the enhancement of green areas. Specifically, in an area where there is currently a car park, we propose to build an underground parking area, which will be surmounted by a large roof garden. The strong point of the project is its eco-sustainability, with the application of the roof garden and the protection of energy savings, thanks to a hi-tech domotics system installed at the facility.
