The Sirmione restaurant thus enters the elite of gastronomy thanks to the talent of the young chef Vincenzo Manicone , born in 1989, originally from Varese. After working with Antonino Cannavacciuolo , he began his adventure in Sirmione, supported by the owner Arnaldo Damiani . This new star joins the others already present in the gastronomic firmament of Sirmione, which now has three starred restaurants.
